Providing a professional looking payment receipt is a great way of building confidence in your clients. It not only confirms their payment was received but also highlights the services that were performed or the product that was sold.
Shown later in this article is a sample receipt that can be created in minutes by following the steps below:
- Simply switch to Editor mode by clicking on it
- Confirm you are not robot by typing in the number you see on your screen
- Click on the labels to provide your information and your client's / tenant's information
- Add entries in statement section describing the work / service performed and let the Invoicing tool do the maths of maintaining running balance and total
- Post the payment received and that should bring down the outstanding balance to zero (assuming payment was made in full)
